President, Lords E-Cell

Mahboob Khan is the driving force behind many of Lords E-Cell's biggest initiatives, collaborations, and student experiences. From major events and sponsorships to high-impact collaborations, he has played a key role in bringing some of the college's most notable opportunities to life β€” including initiatives with IIT Bombay, Monster, 1.05, and several leading brands and organizations.

Beyond campus, Mahboob is an entrepreneur and the founder of one of Hyderabad's fast-growing business development and media agencies. Operating from its own office in Manikonda with a growing team of 30+ professionals, he works across business development, marketing, media, and brand collaborations.

As one of the early students at Lords to venture into the world of private limited companies and entrepreneurship, Mahboob has focused on turning ideas into real businesses, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for students to connect with the industry.

At Lords E-Cell, his vision is simple: think bigger, build stronger, and create opportunities that go beyond the classroom.

WHO WE ARE

For people who don't take the beaten path.

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell was established to foster entrepreneurial skill among students, supporting the transformation of ideas into real products and services β€” backed by infrastructure, technical support, mentoring and execution planning.

We aim at manifesting the latent entrepreneurial spirit of young students. Beyond building capacity, we hand you the resources to act on it: seed support, funding conversations, mentoring, networking with working entrepreneurs, and frequent interactive sessions and competitions.

Growth doesn't happen in campus silos. We go beyond Lords to work with other institutes and their cells, transferring knowledge so the effect compounds β€” turning today's technocrats into tomorrow's corprocrats.

A day of big ideas for a better planet. Students from across the college teamed up to build and pitch ideas for the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, with every team presenting live to a panel of faculty and guests.
